Highland Avenue is Montclair's best kept secret when it comes to experiments in modern living. Perched high above the street, this 1960's gem has the unique privilege to have been designed with a central masonry core and a cantilevered spoke roof structure, ensuring a wide vista of the New York City skyline. We worked with the client to breathe new life into this fantastic home: rejuvenating a decrepit deck with ipe wood, adding a much needed new exterior stair and removing interior walls for better flow and views.
